Come join us for a free diabetes management education session. You will learn some tips and tricks for diabetes management, including how to read and understand your glucose (blood sugar) scans. Free testing kits of the FreeStyle Libre 2 glucose sensors will be available! Refreshments will also be served.
Registration is required so we can provide kits for everyone attending!
